Same-Sex Marriages Now Legal in BC

British Columbia has become the second Canadian province to allow gay marriages. The British Columbia Court of Appeal has lifted a one-year moratorium on same-sex marriages, giving gay and lesbian couples in British Columbia the right to marry. An Ontario court has already allowed same-sex marriages in Ontario, and the BC Court of Appeal says it doesn't want the law to be applied differently in BC and Ontario.
