Government to Sell Medical Marijuana

Thursday July 10, 2003

The health minister made it clear this new policy may be suspended or changed. The government is appealing the Ontario court ruling that said the medical marijuana access program is unconstitutional unless the government provides a distribution plan for patients to get access to marijuana legally.
