Canadian Postal Strike Delayed

Both CUPW, the union representing the postal workers in Canada, and Canada Post say the Canadian postal strike that was scheduled for as early as midnight Thursday will be delayed as talks continue. CUPW says Canada Post has made a new offer which shows they are taking the negotiations seriously. CUPW warns that they won't delay a strike for long if the talks falter.
