Apply for Your Canada Old Age Security Pension

Most Canadians 65 years old and over are eligible for the Canada Old Age Security Pension. You may even be eligible if you live outside Canada. It's not automatic though - you have to apply for it. Human Resources and Skills Development Canada recommends you apply at least six months before you turn 65.
