About Prince William
Although Prince William had visited Canada a few times, it wasn't until he brought his bride to introduce her to Canada in 2011 that Canadians really got to see much of him. The young couple showed humour, warmth and sensitivity, along with energy, a willingness to try any sport going, and a good deal of glamor as well. Canadians responded with delight.
Prince William was given the title of Duke of Cambridge by Queen Elizabeth on his marriage to Catherine Middleton in 2011.
His full title is His Royal Highness The Duke of Cambridge KG KT.
June 21, 1982 in London, England
