An Ottawa lawyer, Dalton McGuinty led the Ontario Liberal Party to a landslide majority government in the 2003 election.
Bob Runciman - Interim Leader of the Ontario PC Party
Bob Runciman was appointed interim leader of the Ontario Progressive Conservative Party when John Tory resigned in March 2009. Runciman has been serving as opposition leader in the legislature since the 2007 Ontario election when Tory failed to win a seat. A leadership convention will be held in the summer of 2009.
Andrea Horwath - Leader of the Ontario NDP
Hamilton native Andrea Horwath replaced Howard Hampton as Ontario NDP leader in March 2009. An MPP since 2004, Horwath is a former community organizer and city councillor.
Frank de Jong - Leader of the Green Party of Ontario
An elementary school teacher, Frank de Jong has been leader of the Green Party of Ontario since 1993.
Giuseppe Gori - Leader of the Family Coalition Party of Ontario
Giuseppe Gori is a computer consultant and professor who has been Leader of the Family Coalition Party of Ontario since 1997.
