Provincial Courts in Canada

Provinces in Canada have three levels of courts - a provincial court which deals with most criminal offences, family matters and money matters; a superior court which deals with the most serious criminal and civil cases, including divorce; and a court of appeal which hears appeals from the two lower levels of provincial courts.
