Who Can Vote in Prince Edward Island Elections

Eligibility to Vote in Provincial Elections in Prince Edward Island, Canada

To vote in a Prince Edward Island election you must

  • be a Canadian citizen

  • be at least 18 years old on or before election day

  • have been "ordinarily" a resident of Prince Edward Island for a least 6 months immediately before the date of the election writ, and in the polling division on the date of the election writ.
