To vote in a Quebec election you must be
- a Canadian citizen
- at least 18 years old
- a resident of Quebec for at least 6 months before election day.
You may not vote in a Quebec election if
- you are under the protection of a curatorship (designated by law as being incapable of looking after yourself or your property)
- you have been deprived of election rights due to offences committed under the Elections Act.
